Parseur’s entry plan is £49 for 100 pages, and Docparser’s is $39 for 100 documents. Pluckbox is £29 for 1,000 pages, because reading a page with Claude now costs a fraction of a penny.

Questions
What counts as a page?
Each page of a PDF, each image, and each 3,000 characters of email body or text file. An email with a two-page PDF attached is three pages. Documents that fail to parse don’t count.
Which AI reads my documents?
We read the text first on our own servers (the PDF’s text layer, or OCR for scans and photos), then Claude Haiku 5.5 fills in the fields. If a field comes back under your confidence bar, Claude looks at the page itself, then Claude Sonnet 5.5 reads it again. Both run through Anthropic’s API, which doesn’t train on what we send.
How accurate is it?
Every field has a confidence from 0 to 1, so you decide what goes straight through and what a person checks. Try your own documents on the free plan before you rely on it.
Can I move my parsers from Parseur or Docparser?
Yes. Upload one sample and Pluckbox proposes the fields, or paste your field list as a JSON Schema. Then change the forwarding address in your mail rules.
Does it work with Zapier, Make and n8n?
Paste a “catch hook” address as a webhook and every result arrives as flat JSON. The API also has subscribe and unsubscribe endpoints for REST hooks, and a list endpoint you can poll.
What happens to my files?
Uploaded files and emails are deleted after 7 days. The extracted fields stay until you delete the document or the parser. Pluckbox runs on servers in the UK; pages are sent to Anthropic’s API to be read.
Which files can I send?
PDFs, PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP images, plain text, and emails, up to 20 MB and 50 pages each. Scans and phone photos are fine.
What if I run out of pages?
The API answers 402 and emails over the limit show as failed in your dashboard, so nothing disappears quietly. Add a block of 1,000 pages at any time and it applies straight away.
